Proteus (design by David Mitchell)



This is one of my favorite models from David Mitchell's Paper Crystals.  I used a variety of patterned origami paper.  I was trying for a patchwork look.  It is made from 30-units of 3 x 3 paper.  The finished size is approximately 5 1/4 inch.
