Electra (design by David Mitchell)


I love how you cannot see the backside (white) of the paper even through the middle.  The model is made from 30 units of 3 x 3 inch Floral Harmony Paper I purchased from Kim's Crane online.  I found the diagram in David Mitchell's book, Paper Crystals.  It can be purchased from his website Origami Heaven or Amazon.

    Thanks for the idea to combine this paper with the Mitchell model! I already had this paper and just got the Paper Crystals book. I had used the paper for some other models but felt they didn't make the most of the pattern, so when I was looking for pictures of Electra online and saw this, I was very excited.
