Moneybox (design by Valentina Minayeva) : Attempt 1


This was my first attempt at Dieser schöne Kusudama ist ein Design von Valentina Minayeva, which is roughly translated as Moneybox.  The units were a more complex than some of my other models, but it was great fun.  As usually with a first attempt, my paper choice was a bit off.  Because there were so many folds the joining parts were a bit too thick and didn't not lock as well as I had hoped.  I used a Rossi print I picked up from PaperMojo.com.  Diagrams can be found at http://stranamasterov.ru/node/399002?tid=451.
